I cannot say enough about the folk that work here. An absolute disgrace : Lifetime Diamond !! WAAY to go Hilton !! It needs to be razed and new management installed. Absolutely nothing around in walking distance - avoid this property at all costs. As if this wasn’t enough, despite a clearly visible do not disturb sign on the door knob, housekeeping attempted to burst into the room at 8:11am, with the excuse that “you are checking out today”.
High fructose cereals, pre-chopped melon - chafing dishes with a block of solid fake scrambled eggs with some kind of cheese on the top cold sausages and bacon, greasy pre-prepped potatoes. Absolutely impossible for any type of rest. Despite being assured a quiet room, mine was adjacent to the main highway, with some kind of elevator shaft rattling. Rooms are noisy - thin walls, thin wooden floors, which have been partly covered in tile and carpet - every noise from neighbors can be heard. Stuck in a time warp of old carpets, beige walls and beige everything. This undoubtedly is the Doubletree that Hilton forgot.
